The design is free, and the majority of our packages cost around $12k-$15k for a three bedroom home. Prices vary depending on your bed configuration and what you decide to check-out with.

No, you can pick and choose what you would like to buy within a furniture package.

No, we do not check to make sure items will fit before you buy them. However, we do offer a paid add-on service where we can have someone on our team check to make sure beds, dining tables, couches, and chairs will fit within your floorplan. You must provide the floorplan.

It takes 1-3 days to receive your initial design once you sign-up and complete your design quiz. You can check-out right-away once you rececive your design and product list. It takes 3-4 weeks to receive everything on your list after it is ordered.

We have a tracking page where you can view all of the items you have ordered. Items will arrive almost daily for a period of 3-4 weeks. If you need help with receiving packages and staging, we have a Showplace Preferred Contractor Network that can quote you prices within your project portal.

No, Showplace does not accept returns except for items damaged during shipping or manufacturer defects. Items that do not fit or buyers remorse will not be accepted for returns or refunds.
